Harassment and verbal abuse by management is common. very lax on safety, no drive to modernize machinery or manufacturing methods (lathes are from WWII). The other reviews on this site are no joke, nothing's changed here in years - do not apply if you value your sanity, humanity, or if you have any values of common courtesy towards coworkers and subordinates, or if you desire to work in a professional atmosphere. This applies from the janitor up to a prospective CEO.
