There is a significant amount of internal management politics, which often makes it difficult to focus on work and achieve results. Support from sales leadership and cross-functional departments is limited, creating challenges when collaboration is required.
Sales is a complete unrealistic Target Department; they never do a proper deep dive before putting the targets to the team members.
One of the most disappointing experiences comes during the resignation and exit process. It is only then that you realize how difficult it can be to get timely responses from the HR team. I had to repeatedly follow up with the HR Operations team regarding basic exit formalities, and communication was often delayed or lacking altogether, making the process unnecessarily frustrating.
The organization also appears to lack well-defined processes, systems, and a strong work culture. Employee motivation and recognition are inconsistent, and there is a perception of favoritism and bias in certain situations. Overall, the work environment can feel discouraging for employees looking for transparency, collaboration, and professional growth.
