      If signing into almost 20 different software's EVERYDAY is something you think is fun, then then this is the job for you! Think I'm kidding? Ill list them: - Rent mananger - Spherex -NTN -Docuverse -Bluemoon -Call Max -I love leasing - Interanet portal - Click & Comply -Avid -RMU - Payscore -Tour 24 - Gracehill - Foxen -Craigslist -Perq * Oh, and if you miss logging in, then you will be written up. * The kicker is that they have no HR so if you had any complaints or questions there was no one to help.

      Residents are great. A lot of hardworking and talented employees below the management level.

      Management is poorly trained, passive aggressive, and dismissive. They do not appreciate employees. Property Managers treat residents terrible and ignore major issues like roof leaks, flooding, injuries on premises. Employee Incentives are promised but never given. Issues are often hidden from owners. Most of the apartments are mediocre and over priced. Employees are underpaid and overworked. Management has no regard for your life outside of work, the hours you get hired to work are so far off from what you are forced to do, but don’t expect overtime. Residents and employees alike are treated as if they are disposable.
