Paradox Group has created a very positive work culture and atmosphere. The team has been incredibly welcoming since day one! The company is quick to offer praise for hard work and to shine a light on personal achievements within the business. - fired without warning and with no reason after two years - incredibly hostile work environment - issues with income tax and student loan being taken but not paid to HMRC or Student Loans Company - lots of unnecessary time-wasting tasks like regular calls and appraisals when there aren't many employees and there are lots of jobs to get on with
