The work culture is extremely toxic and there is no real organizational structure in place. Management is consistently joining and leaving, leading to a huge gap in consistency in employment practices. The owners and partners run corporate functions themselves without specialised knowledge in the relevant area which adds to the poor experience.

Staff are friendly and understanding, especially in terms of flexible availability, as I was part time.

Ratio of tips made to work input can definitely be lacking.
