I have been working at Parallon for 4 years and I absolutely love working for this company. I am compensated good for the position I hold. I have been through two directors since starting and have throughly felt valued as an employee by each one. The company has even allowed me to work from home for the last three years and pays for internet service which is a nice perk. Although I already have my degrees Parallon offers those who want to pursue higher education to do so by helping pay for it. It is as simple as speaking with their manager and HR. Hopefully, I have found my forever home.

The only con I have is with the bonus structure. Bonuses are given to anyone who meets standards. I would like to see the bonus program restructured in a way that encourages employees to not just meet requirements but to excel at their job. If everyone gets a $300 bonus every quarter then it really isn't a bonus. Breakdown the bonus structure in a way were employees who have gone over and beyond get a bigger bonus than all the other collectors (something to work harder for= a bigger bonus). For example- someone who goes way over there department set goals get a sweet bonus. I know this is a hard subject because collectors come and go, but reward those who excel above and beyond.

Work from home is a plus. Hours are daytime with weekends off.

Terrible Manager. Makes you feel unwelcome and co workers are afraid to ask questions or stand up for themselves. Micromanaging is a huge priority to management. The pay is low and no chance of raises or bonus of any sort. You better be a fast learner as it's a one and done. If you don't understand they make you feel bad about asking questions or needing more help. New sites being added but no new hires. We just are told work harder/ faster and the expectations are You WILL get it done. High stress and constant SOP changes. An updated manual would be great. Written instructions for your position. Step by step. Not much room for advancement, only parallel positions.
