If you like driving two hours to every lead for no shows this is the place for you. That’s the only pro.

Svantaggi

Driving hours at a time for appointments that don’t show up or have incorrect information on customer. No follow through with management. Bad training and management. It’s a revolving door.

The starting pay is $10 per hour, and the hours are kind of odd. Also the commission pay is based on the salesman's ability to get a contract signed and not based on a canvassers ability to get a scheduled appointment. So starting as a canvasser your pay is left in the salesman's hands,

The opportunity is what you make of it. There is opportunity there, but it looks like hard work and accountability. If you submit yourself to the process and look at all of the good things, you can become a part of it.

There are plenty of areas that could use improvement, but if you are complaining about processes and procedures, you probably need to address the issues in the mirror first. Yes, there are issues, but the reality is that every company has issues. If you want to complain, then do so, but realize that everything you are complaining about in the company is an opportunity for you to shine.
