Immediate action is needed if we hope to reverse this trend, recapture our previous standards, and prevent further loss of valuable team members. Given these circumstances, I would caution prospective employees to think long and hard before joining. Until there's a significant shift in direction and leadership, it might be best to consider other opportunities.
