Thanks for your review. We are always looking to improve and take into consideration all feedback received. I’m sorry to hear that you feel you weren’t adequately paid while with CBSI . As you may know, there are several factors that go into developing and executing our pay philosophy and our goal is to reward performance at both the monetary and non-monetary levels. Although our total rewards packages are competitive in the industry, we do understand that for employers who pay is a top motivator, there is always an employer who is willing to compensate more. It is also disappointing to hear that you felt the culture was negative as that is in no way the culture permeated down from our leadership teams. With ~30 brands that roll up into CBS Interactive, and ultimately, CBS Corporation, we take pride in our teams’ abilities to keep brand specific sub-cultures that adhere to the values of CBS Interactive as a whole. With this in mind, we do appreciate all feedback received as we continue to enhance our company-wide programs and initiatives.
