It’s unusual for us to hear such unfortunate feedback from a former employee, but thank you for sharing your personal experience and allowing us to address some of these concerns.
We have an established HR and Payroll team to ensure proper resources and paychecks are always available to both our internal and contract employees. Our onboarding and training programs are constantly reviewed and updated to ensure they are thorough and that they empower our newest team members to start with confidence. We continue to be proud of our promote from within culture as well as our competitive pay structure. We have recently been honored by our internal employees who voted Paramount as a Top 10 Best Place to Work in Atlanta and lead us to be certified nationally as a Great Place to Work. We owe this recognition entirely to our team’s appreciation of our workplace. We can certainly agree that Jessie is not a dog and all of us are honored to call her our Managing Director and appreciate her leadership.
As our company continues to grow, we will always consider feedback and make decisions that support our mission, team and clientele.
