Micromanagement every step of the way. The current manager and directors don’t trust their recruitment team at all. KPI’s are not used to challenge individuals, but are used against yourself. Manager of recruiting uses social media posts, any professional 1:1 meetings against employees to her advantage. There is ZERO company culture for a 25 employee office. Hybrid schedule will be used against you at every step of the micromanaging process. (Aka you will have it taken away from you very quickly at managements will) Each of the following departments drastically downsized and people left due to poor leadership: Sales, Recruiting, Operations, H.R., Candidate Success. Recruiting Manager will pretend to be your best friend and when you share “secrets” with her, she will turn around snitch on that to management and then use that against you to her advantage. Do NOT be cohersed into working for this company. Everything will be presented to you as wonderful in the interview. Within your first 90 days you will be already looking and applying for new jobs and a way to get out of a toxic company.
