      They have a welcoming environment, weekly team nights, and are very encouraging of each other. You'll see the opportunity for advancement in the company very quickly compared to most companies and get to learn a lot about financial literacy in the process.

      Its definitely a lot of hard work so you'll really have to dedicate yourself but if you focus you see the return for your hard work.

      Because they push you, they also provide consistent feedback. Whether it's the good, bad, or ugly. They aren't rude about it, but if you aren't looking for a transparent team, then this place isn't for you.
