Everyone is supportive and friendly to one another, and genuinely strives to do what is best for their clients and vendors. There are many opportunities to challenge yourself and learn new things every day.

There are not a lot of opportunities for advancement in positions other than Account Executive.

Paramount is a very fun enviornment, the owners are very nice and down to Earth. They give you the tools you need to suceed.

They are a very small business which means there is not much room for advancement. This is a great place to development inside sales experiance
