None. The only thing is maybe the pay. But if you work here for more than 4 months you'll realize its not worth the abuse.

Managers work against you and never with you. Anytime you have an issue with the company they will tell you a bunch of lies to give you hope that things will get better to keep you working. You get ran jnto the ground every shift due to under staffing. No free time or down time. If you work during the day you'll spend your whole time running back to back interfacility transfers. If you work at night you have a 25% chance you'll see a station because your running back to back fire calls and interfacilitys. If you get hurt on the job they don't care about your well being. Some people have been told to keep running calls after getting injured and not allowed to be seen at a hospital for treatment until a later time during shift. Others have been sent to a basic clinic to be treated for traumatic injuries rather than sent to an ER for treatment. If you end up kn light duty due to an injury the managers will make your shifts as unbearable as possible so that you reach a point that you go back to working the streets. Even if you are not physically healed and ready to go back to working full duty. You don't matter. This company is only looking for body's to fill rigs.
