the only pro i would say is that its a job, and some of the drivers you monitor are nice. and thats pretty much it.

everything about this place is kind of horrible. management will lie to you, they will gang up on you & speak to you very condescendingly. the amount of stress you'll endure for the little pay is not worth it at all. its a good job if you need something to hold you over til you find a better company to work for because it looks good on a resume.
