The Agents are underpaid. Management is unorganized and uneducated, Its like being back in high school with all the drama and egos running around. Managers have no more than a high school diploma. Certain employees, especially those related to managers are favored over other employees. If you choose to be professional they say that you are the problem. Very childish environment. They speak and act like children, bringing personal matters up which is unprofessional. The company is actually working directly against the leadership values I have been taught on my way to achieving a Bachelors degree is business, Business communication is awful. I have IT issues for months and until it majorly affected my performance they ignored the issue. I am actively seeking other employment because this company puts strain on not only my reputation, but also my growth.

Great salary for account managers, although previous account managers severely underpaid and left for those reasons.

The company really lacks in direction and vision and because of that are grasping to hire new talent to keep legacy, unprofitable clients. Constantly changing leadership and firing people with no warning. Has great potential but if you continue to treat people as if they are disposable I don't see how the full potential can be reached.
