Workers there are friendly and sociable, but the site manager is a racist and has a bias of young people working

I wouldn’t recommend working at Aldershot Parcelforce if you’re looking for stability or fair treatment. Shifts can be cancelled without any prior notice, leaving you unsure about your schedule. In my case, I had my shift cancelled and was told not to return just three days after starting the role. The reason given was that I checked my phone briefly to see the time — something that many others on site also did without issue. This felt very unfair and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the management atmosphere is quite negative, and communication with staff could be handled much better. Overall, I found the work environment to be inconsistent and poorly managed. If you’re looking for a stable, respectful place to work, I’d recommend exploring other opportunities.
