Leads will only go to more senior members of the staff. You're going to get a lot of bad info and have to sift through it yourself, cutting into your KPI time. - There is very little flexibility in the workday. You either reach 120 minutes on the phone or you'll hear about it. - No lunch breaks, hope you like eating at your desk!
