Top-down management style, no in-house HR to hold leadership accountable. CEO yells and talks down to staff. Didn't last more than a week before I was suddenly let go without any feedback or a performance evaluation.

Based on my professional assessment working with Dr. Lisa Pion-Berlin her destructive leadership company environment was aligned with my professional standards or well-being. Dr. Lisa Pion- Berlin organizational culture emphasizes excessive oversight and limited transparency, which has created an environment that does not support open communication, collaboration, or professional growth. As a Director, I am committed to working in environments that reflect respect, trust, and healthy leadership practices, and I could no longer continue in a workplace culture that I find professionally unsustainable which was ran by Dr. Lisa Pion-Berlin. I recommend no one work for this organization until she has resigned.
