I've worked here for 10 years now and the reasons I stay are as follows: 1 - The people. A really friendly, open and welcoming bunch - always seem to be greeted with smiles whenever I go into an office. 2 - The culture. Really manage to strike the balance between fun and appropriate (as is vital in this day and age). 3 - The mission. A real feeling of purpose and aim in the business, with everyone pulling together to support the learners, delegates and clients we work with.

Salary isn't the highest - but usually the commission/bonuses balance that out, along with the job satisfaction. Plenty of people leave the business for jobs with higher salaries elsewhere and then 'Boomerang' back to Pareto as they miss the environment.
