They used to provide great training to become a CRA. Most of the clinical leads and many of the Line Managers were helpful, all it takes is one bad boss....ugh

As the others have observed, the folks bidding the projects are clueless as to how much man-power it takes to run a study. All the electronic databases on the planet will not replace humans. This company is too big for its britches.

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
