Parexel used to be a great place to work until Rob Goodwin came in and started making horrible changes.

There is a new CEO who is changing lots of things at the company to create a hustle culture like where they came from. This includes moving to a "billable hours" model which will result in essentially taking away yet another week of vacation from employees. In the past 2 years they have already taken away 20 hours of sick leave and implemented RTO with no limit but essentially it had an invisible limit that management enforced which took a week away from long term employees compared to what the company used to give. Company is also letting US employees go to outsource to cheaper Countries. It's very sad to see this disheartening change to a company that used to be a great place to work. All they care about now is money.

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
