The culture can feel increasingly metrics-driven, which at times impacts sustainability. Leadership consistency varies. In some cases, individuals in senior or global roles may not provide the level of clarity, accountability, or support needed to lead complex studies effectively. Teams can find themselves operating with limited direction, particularly when challenges arise. Communication can also be inconsistent. "With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
