Vantaggi

Great benefits… health, 401K, sick/PTO

Svantaggi

During my 6 years as a CRA I had 12 line managers. Each had their own way of managing. Some were awesome and some were horrible. I also had several months in a row with 13-15 days on site each month. They would have CRA shortages off and on causing high workloads for the ones that were left. Additionally, they would “re-structure” clinical operations about every two to three years. The changes were usually annoying to deal with, but as soon as you were used to the new ways they would change again. So if you didn’t like the new way, you didn’t have to live with it for too long. I enjoyed the study team members and the site teams I visited. Overall, I was very disappointed with the clinical operations management.

Vantaggi

A few nice people. That's it.

Svantaggi

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
