There are some good people of course, but they all tolerate because they have no option. i was "warned" before joining about this company, but I took the chance. I now deeply regret it, I should have listened - I was warned by recruiters and ex-employees.

MD & CTO micromanagement ongoing - for years they are doing this and we lost many staff but they wont change. Constantly requested to prove themselves or what others are doing... no investment in teams, we often work extra long hours bad communication Upper management speaks to staff badly, with disrespect always blaming...when something goes wrong you are threatened we had good people that left the company...too many are leaving for same reasons - bad upper management Fake attempts to say thank you, only to be shown that you are not trusted shortly after Report your working hours - no trust, even though staff are overworked Everything is a priority, making it impossible at times to move forward
