Hi. Thanks for your feedback. While we’re not certain this review is intended for us, we’d still like to respond as we take matters about diversity seriously and are committed to continuous progress.
We recognize, and took seriously, that we haven’t always reflected the representation we aspire to, and we’ve taken intentional steps to build a much more inclusive team and workplace as a result.
As of today, over 40% of our team members self-identify as BIPOC. We are also proud to have individuals who are part of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities. Parisleaf is a 50% woman-owned and 50% BIPOC-owned firm and are a majority female run shop. We believe (and have experienced firsthand) that a diverse team leads to better thinking, deeper creativity, and more meaningful impact.
We know there is always more work to do. We remain committed to listening, learning, and improving, and to building a team that reflects a wide range of experiences, perspectives, and identities.
