Great place to learn on small teams out of school on some interesting work - not all the projects are great but that comes with the territory in consulting. Most of the people are good.

Great company for those joining out of school or below consultant but once you get to the higher levels (Senior Manager, Principal, Vice President) it loses its luster. Some of the most senior executives are not leaders other office leaders respect. This has caused a lot of the good people to leave once they get to the senior manager and up levels. Higher levels in the organization are not compensated appropriately for the value they bring and they do not have the flexibility to run their organizations effectively without corporate oversight.
