      Commute varies depending on client location Work-life balance varies depending on level and where you're at in the career path. It's still about as good as it can get for consulting, and is much better than other firms with this career trajectory, but it can still be challenging at times

If you dedicate yourself, there is no place where you can grow faster than at Pariveda.

      The personal demands can be high. It’s not a “60 hours a week” high. More like: intensely focusing on personal growth, always seeking to learn, helping others grow is an intense mindset. Plus, you look around and the baseline bar is really high Pariveda is in a state of change. That change is bringing some chaos and morale issues.
