Employees work together and truly lean on each other to develop and grow together. Opportunity to learn and do a lot of different things--- which can also be a con. Great teammates that truly feel like a family.

Ability to get exposure to do a lot of different things but it a lot of times without the resources you need, feels like your teammates expect you to either know it already or figure it out. It's a growing firm so we can no longer ensure every decision is the best for all employees, no matter how hard our exec team tries--- this impacts morale in certain teams which is never fun.
