They also have plans to help you progress through you careers and gain skillsets that allow you to move onto higher roles within the company. They want you to be able develop your skillsets and give you lots of opportunity to grow. Everyone is super nice and supportive of each other. You can talk to the Vice President as if they were your level and that they will make time for you especially with their busy schedules. Traveling is usually kept to a 10% maximum within the company. This means that you won't have to travel often when having client project that are not local.
