Company jumps on every social responsibility bandwagon with very little to show for it. - Feedback is guise for how they would like to mold and manage you and your career. - Not a good place to build your career, don't fall for the niceties during the interview process. You'll be better off in industry, have seen examples of folks being stuck for a long time but manage to do really well once they get out. - Most of them are nice on the outside, lot of backstabbing and politics.
