This seems truly unique and enables employees to clearly understand what the next step in the career progression is and what they need to do to get there. People tend to be promoted faster here than in industry since our employees have to learn more quickly and get more varied experience. For people who like being continually challenged and work on a variety of projects, it can be a great fit. Salaries are also 100% transparent. Transparency is truly embraced and senior management regularly sends out financial reports to the entire company. Previously, when I have worked at privately held firms, this was not the case. Finally, Pariveda has an ESOP (employee stock ownership program) and pays out profit sharing from the bottom up, i.e. the lower level employees get paid bonuses before the executives.
