The benefits package at Pariveda is one of the best around; everything is pretty much covered and taken care of for you, which is really nice. Transparency is everywhere; every employee at the same level earns the same paycheck; to get a raise, you get promoted, according to the Expectations Framework. Management is VERY clear on communicating what decisions are being made and why. The review/feedback process for employees is the best I've ever seen; you receive project reviews and semi-annual reviews, both of which are HAND-WRITTEN, in letter form letting you know how you're doing. Pariveda is really a great place to grow your career.

People that work & succeed here tend to be very driven, focused on growing their careers as fast as they can. Expectations on networking, learning, putting in a lot of hours can seem tough to those not ready for it. Internal training could use some work, although there are a lot of initiatives currently underway to revamp that.
