I have worked in multiple offices for Parkhill in the few years I have been here. Parkhill fosters an incredible culture of appreciation and respect for its employees. Work-Life Balance (Life Balance) is a top priority for them it seems. They are very respectful of my PTO and are flexible with hours since most of the work is project based, not attendance based. Bi-weekly supervisor One-on-ones provide a good opportunity for timely feedback on performance and any concerns or questions. I have met a lot of current employees who left and came back (and yes I know a lot of companies say that, but I had yet to meet those people at those other firms). The company culture is what you make and want of it. If you want to just work and engage in some friendly activities very occasionally because your social battery gets drained fast, no problem. Want maximum elaborate engagement in company celebrations and events, they have that too. Having Civil, Land, Arch, MEPS, and Land/Survey all under one roof helps make designing and getting feedback much faster than at stand alone consulting firms and (if done right) can make projects much more streamline.

Having everyone under one roof doesn't *always* mean communication is fast and efficient. There are definitely instances where we can do better to communicate and coordinate our projects, but overall no other cons.
