This job has been amazing in teaching me negotiating skills and how to sell. With un-capped commissions, it can be very lucrative.

Work life balance is non-existent with the industry, this place is no different. You can expect to work 9-6 or 10-7 6 days a week. You will have to work two weeks straight towards the end of the month. Just like with any dealer, if you're not selling you will not be eating. Partner the frustration of not making money with the fact that your manager more than likely will treat you with disrespect if you make any mistakes and you have a pretty bad taste in your mouth.

Supervisor and main service manager/director are all great, or they try to be. Fun to get to drive all the different cars (mostly in parking lot).

Place is run like a circus. Part owner is a joke and has fairytale expectations while they are constantly understaffed, underpaid, overworked, and inconsistent across the board. Lower management can barely keep up with their own tasks. Turn over is rate is humorous.
