The people you work with are very fun to be around excluding a few. The kitchen managers are great and try to help the horrible working environment any way they can.

I worked there for about a year and a half, worked double shifts a lot, worked very hard, and only got a raise to $8.50/hour after begging and badgering owner. I was expected to Cook everything in the kitchen as well as do dishes. The front of house manager constantly yells to the back of the house to tell us how to do our job. The owner expects you to do way to much and treats you terrible for very little pay and no benefits. He also writes notes calling his employees morons and idiots.
