This is a fantastic place to work with a genuinely warm and collaborative culture. The company feels financially stable, growing sustainably, and aligns with Private Equity expectations. I have confidence in its future. • Coworkers are great, warm, and friendly. • The company and the employees organize regular social events (like town hall meetings, holiday party, pickleball, etc.) and the atmosphere in the office is fun. • Management is very approachable and down-to-earth. • The hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office) is a nice benefit. • The workload is manageable. • The company offers generous holiday time-off in December. • Pay is generally in line with the market. • Health insurance is good. • Internal processes, including onboarding, expense reports, and communication, are easy and efficient. • The office is nice. Parking is easy, and they provide good snacks and drinks. • The dress code is relaxed.
