Working at Parsus means no two days are alike. We work with a variety of clients from small, locally-owned businesses to government agencies and large, national organizations. There is a strong emphasis on working smarter, not harder. Because Parsus is a small, boutique company, all roles are equally important and work in unison to complete the task at hand for our clients. Also, the size of Parsus means that we are a tight-knit group of people that support one other both inside and outside of the office. More often than not, most staff stay with Parsus because of the reason's listed above plus the owner's emphasis on health, wellness and maintaining a work/life balance. I've been with Parsus for over 6+ years and have enjoyed watching the business grow to what it is today thanks in part to the owners, my coworkers and our awesome clients.

* No upward mobility * Minimal collaborative work opportunities and social interaction - Parsus is a team of very strong individual and often introverted contributors so if you are a social butterfly with a strong need to communicate and collaborate, the work environment may not be ideal for you. * Lack of organizational structure - no detailed process or procedural documentation, no training materials, no formal mechanism for providing or receiving feedback. * No formal training - as a new team member you will be expected to hit the ground running and you'll need to figure it out and get it done asap. * Poor work/life balance - notifications require a prompt response and it is not uncommon to work outside of normal business hours. Regular overtime and constant availability is a work culture expectation.
