The directors are really friendly and approachable The team are always around / on hand to help you with whatever you need Relaxed working approach meaning you can navigate your day with freedom and you're not confined to strict ways of working Martinho (founder) has some fabulous analogies which are not to be missed!

As I'm only part time I don't get to work with the team quite as much as I'd like to! but c'est la vie

There's team spirit, transparency and trust, also high salaries comparing to the avarage of Portugal, really nice work-life balance and easy reaching out.

It's not really a con, is more a preference but i would like to have an office space.
