The company has a very talented, collaborative team and leadership committed to running a solid data and build team. The CEO has significant experience in data science and is driving a strong vision and leadership team is committed to investing in data quality and expansion of our analytics and data science practice. The problems we’re solving are complex and highly relevant in the healthcare space, and the use cases are very promising spanning generative AI, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics in addition to data harmonization across rich and diverse data assets. Overall, it’s a really exciting place to work with what looks like a bright future and significant industry tailwinds.

Not really a con, but it’s worth mentioning that the work is challenging and fast paced. Working at a relatively small company means putting in the extra effort to stay on top of fundamentals/quality while consistently delivering new features and capabilities.

I miss what this place used to be. The new exec leadership took over around a year ago and things have not been the same. Employees were asked to make posts on here and other posts were removed. The culture is fake- starting at the top, and no job is safe. We have no product to compete in market and the “people” leader VP (c-suite level here) lacks empathy and respect.
