Contract to Perm usually pays off as promised in permanent work. Good benefits.

Needs more development. Still growing.

There are a wide variety and ever increasing number of interesting projects. The chemists and directors that I work with are very smart and willing to teach. We were told the the buyout by larger company would result in no change to us. That promise was kept which was a relief . The few negative chemists are being overtaken by all the new chemists that were hired diminishing their effect on others.

Projects have strict guidelines which do not allow us to go off and do more experimentation on our own. The quality department can be inconsistent with their requests.which results in some duplication of efforts and frustration.
