Very poor management. Passive work environment. You can feel the management dictatorship every now and then. Micromanagement of a completely different level. Management and employees are egoists and heartless. Day to day politics of extreme level. The employees working there from the beginning are literally untouchables. They can do anything they want. The policies are totally different for them when compared to other employees. Weird and stupid policies. Most of those don't make any sense at all. Priority is given to people from good and wealthy family background. This looks strange but is true.
