- you will feel like you are in a jail for minimum 10 hours. - you are not allowed to go home even if you complete your work before timeline. - projects are not challenging, people are forced to work on any technology. - managers are not supportive. - people with technical expertise are very few. - employees are treated like slaves, management likes people who works for them for more than 12 hours and has got no personal life. - No securities provided for female employees. They are forced to work till 10/11 pm. -they torture for every single small things like you will be scolded if you are late for office even for 5 mins/ HR will keep watch on with whom and what you speak, for how much time you use phone, you are not allowed to speak in regional language, won't get leaves, - few old employees are very arrogant and egoistic. - no vision on projects. - they fired many people in a day when they didn't need them. - they provide free foods but will make you realise many times that company is doing lot for employees.
