Working for and with the Founder/CEO, Eline, was a great experience. I found her to be receptive to feedback with a vision for where she wanted to take the company. She demands excellence - attention to detail and professionalism.
The team at the time was small, nimble and scrappy. And, nice to to work with!
Lots of opportunities to pitch ideas and take ownership of tasks and projects.
Work/Life balance was attainable, which isn't true at most places.
Given the circumstances (fully remote, COVID, being an Indie ProdCo without the resources of bigger companies), P6 definitely punched above its weight. I liked that ideas were welcome from even the most junior staffers.

Being fully remote during COVID was tough. This seems to have changed since then.
The pay wasn't the best, but you don't go work for an Indie ProdCo for money.
