Poor Leadership Team - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Partior

-good office location, i guess. -great medical benefits, for now. -number of leave credits (annual, medical, family medical, etc) is a LOT higher than other companies. -neither a pro or con. at the end of the day, its still a job.

-company has lost its direction and strategy since the new CEO. -everyone is just floating and waiting for the opportunity to leave, people are taking turns answering job interviews. -company culture is just for show and very shallow. -a lot of people think they know what they're doing. nope. they do not.

1) It used to be a dream job with dream team 2) It used to has a diverse and respectful culture 3) It used to be a family with single goal - to be successful in deliver what was promised 4) It used to be a forward looking day to back to office 5) It used to be a satisfying long hour stretch in meeting deadline 6) ... really missed the Monday when some chap will scream "STAND UPPP!" and we all will gather "like a family" to understand and catch up with company progress..

1) All the above have slowly collapse with the arrival of new CEO H. 2) Slowly turning into his Bunq 2.0 (new CEO carrying the toxic culture from Bunq to Partior Singapore) 3) New CEO focused on the wrong thing...
