The culture is supportive, collaborative, and hardworking without feeling rigid. As we've grown, I've been impressed by how committed the company has remained to its values and mission.

The biggest challenges have come from growth, which is a good problem to have. As the company continues to expand, there are times when processes, systems, and communication need to catch up with the pace of the business. Most of these are normal growing pains, but they can create occasional inefficiencies along the way.
