Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with communication and workflow at Partner. It's true that the work may fluctuate based on availability of projects and I understand that can be frustrating. We will provide this feedback to the Director of Resource Management who manages scheduling with hopes it will help our assessors with keeping a more balanced schedule. We also understand the importance of developing Management and Leadership skills for our people leaders and invest significant resources and time to support their development.
