Employees must work under Systems Limited's highly restrictive and rigid environment. For those in the Implementation Team, coding opportunities are limited. Cons are too many to list. Most importantly, they have no real strategy, brand name or an advisor to guide them to market penetration. It is a glorified middleware services company with very poor management mostly from south asia without real creativity, plan or coffers to compete with the real players in the industry. Further, they stiff the sales people with a real poor comp plan that would attract no good sales people - in fact have reneged on bonus for which they cannot be trusted to work for. Too much of a revolving door in the sales team. Finally, brand recognition with the channel and the industry is abysmal. The CTO is extremely unprofessional never on time to meetings. It is almost like a small time IT vendor pretending to be a professional company.
