There is no job security the manager can terminate you anytime and HR has no say in that, they don’t even have job security. Within 3 months of joining the organisation the manager said that I am giving you warning, I will terminate you even I terminated one person within 3 months of joining. You can ask questions and when you do she says I am not heard to spoon-feed. The manager is not at all helpful. There is no fixed working hours.
