Lots of micro-managing and overwhelming amounts of work to achieve unclear and nonsensical goals. Culture is cult-like and people in leadership positions actively try to make their employees experience miserable as a sort of sadist game. Upper-management does in fact participate in running their own affiliate fraud advertising campaigns behind the scenes and have wasted loads of money on funding undisclosed actions to cover it up and protect the group of individuals doing it, who still work at the company. Employees who criticize company leadership are punished. They don't care about you at all.
